Procter & Gamble is among the largest producers of consumer goods in the world. The Gillette factory in Berlin is the most successful Procter & Gamble plant in Europe, and produces shaving systems such as the Mach3, the Fusion, and the Fusion ProGlide.
The film concentrates on the production site in Berlin, with its more than 1000 workers. We want to show how a simple steel strip is transformed into what may well be the sharpest razor blade in the world, and the various steps involved in manufacturing a finished men's razor.
Our moderator Hendrik Hey leads us through the production process, engaging in discussions with workers and providing a vivid explanation of the intricate stages of production for razors and razor blades. Top quality, made in Germany!
